PRICE LIST GUIDE LINES PLEASE NOTE: Each hard drive is considered a separate order. You can send multiple hard drives or a combination of media, but they will be considered separate orders. They will billed on one invoice with separate charges. They will be returned to you in one shipment to save you money. PLEASE NOTE: I except a combination of different media; example:1 USB drive, 2 flash drives and a floppy disk, but Each different type of media is considered a separate order. PLEASE NOTE: New hard drive to transfer your data onto is extra, please see below. PLEASE NOTE: First 200 GB of data transferred onto CD/DVD’s is included in the price, anything over 200 GB will include a charge of $0.75 per extra CD/DVD needed to transfer your data onto. Diagnosis = FREE (This is the price to see if recovery of your data is possible) ( Please Note: If your hard drive is making a lot of clicking noises there will be a $10.00 return shipping charge, whether I can recover the data or not.) OVER 10 GB Initial payment = $140.00 (This applies to a Hard Drive, Flash Media, CD’s or DVD’s that total over 10 GB in size) OVER 2 GB, LESS THAN 10 GB Initial payment = $100.00 (This applies to Hard Drives, Flash Media, CD’s or DVD’s that total over 2 GB in size and are less than 10GB) LESS THAN 2 GB Initial payment = $50.00 (This applies to a Hard Drive Flash Media, Floppy disks, Zip disks, CD’s or DVD’s that are 2GB or less in size) As I mentioned above, I only charge for the data that I actually recover. For instance if you have a 2 GB flash card and I only recover 1.5 GB for you, then you will automatically be dropped down to the “Less than 2 GB” price. Please note that the lowest price is $50.00, so for example, if I can only recover 50 MB it will still be a $50.00 charge. EXTRA CHARGES Extra CD/DVD’s = As mentioned above, if you go over 200 GB of data that needs to be transferred onto this type of media there is a $0.75 extra charge per CD/DVD. I will use DVD’s first, then CD’s for data that equals less than 700 MB. DVD = 4.7 GB CD = 700 MB Example: If you have a 250GB hard drive it will require 50GB of extra CD/DVD space, which would equal about 11 extra DVD’s. 11 extra DVD’s = $8.25 New Hard Drive = This is the option to transfer your data onto a new hard drive. So if you have a 200GB hard drive you will probably need a 200 GB hard drive to transfer the data onto. This also will depend on how much data is recoverable. Example: If you have a 200 GB hard drive and I can only recover 100GB, then you will only need to purchase a 100 GB hard drive. I cannot tell you how much a hard drive will cost you, but you can usually estimate it to be around $1.00 per GB. Example: A 200 GB hard drive will be somewhere around $160.00 – $200.00. Shipping & Handling: CD/DVD’s - are included in the price. New Hard drives - are based on where you live from where we are. This price will vary per customer. As a guide you can estimate the cost by how much it will cost to send me your hard drive by priority mail. Your old Hard drive - ($15.00) by ground shipping, unless you want to pay more for expedited shipping. TOTAL PRICE EXAMPLES Here are some examples of what your final cost may look like. Please note that the shipping & handling charges are only examples and are not actual shipping and handling costs. Scenario One: You have a 250 GB hard drive. You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto CD/DVD’s. All data is recoverable. You decided that you do not want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment: $140.00 Extra CD/DVD’s: 11 DVD’s @ $0.75 each = $8.25 Shipping & Handling for CD/DVD’s: Included in price Hard drive disposal: Free Total Price: $140.00 + $8.25 = $148.25 Scenario Two: You have a 250 GB hard drive. You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto CD/DVD’s. Only 9GB could be recovered. You decided that you want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment: $100.00 Extra CD/DVD’s: None Shipping & Handling for CD/DVD’s: Included in price ‘Old’ Hard drive return: $15.00 Total Price: $100.00 + $15.00 = $115.00 Scenario Three: You have a 250 GB hard drive. You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto a new hard drive. All data is recoverable. You decided that you want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment: $140.00 New hard drive: $200.00 (not actual price, it will vary by size) Extra CD/DVD’s: 11 DVD’s @ $0.75 each = $8.25 Shipping & Handling for New hard drive: based on shipping method and where you live, approx. $20.00 ‘Old’ Hard drive shipping & handling: $15.00 Total Price: $140.00 + $200.00 + $8.25 + $20.00 + $15.00 = $383.25 Scenario Four: You have a 4 GB SD card (flash media). You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto CD/DVD’s. All data is recoverable. You decided that you want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment: $100.00 Extra CD/DVD’s: None Shipping & Handling for CD/DVD’s: Included in price ‘Old’ Hard drive shipping & handling: $15.00 Total Price: $140.00 + $15.00 = $155.00 Scenario Five: You have a 4 GB SD card (flash media). You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto CD/DVD’s. Only 1 GB is recoverable. You decided that you Do not want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment: $50.00 Extra CD/DVD’s: None Shipping & Handling for CD/DVD’s: Included in price ‘Old’ Hard drive disposal fee: Free Total Price: = $50.00 Scenario Six (Multiple Media): You have a 4 GB SD card (flash media), 250 GB Hard drive and 30 3½ Floppy disks. You chose to have all your recovered data transferred onto CD/DVD’s. All data is recoverable. You decided that you Do not want your old hard drive returned. Prices: Diagnosis: FREE Initial payment for 4 GB SD card: $100.00 Initial payment for 250 GB Hard drive: $140.00 Initial payment for 30 3½ Floppy disks (43.2 MB): $50.00 Extra CD/DVD’s: Included (extra DVD’s from other orders cover the extra DVD’s needed for the 250 GB hard drive). Shipping & Handling for CD/DVD’s: Included in price ‘Old’ Hard drive disposal fee: Free Total Price: $100 + $140.00 + $50.00 = $290.00
