Can you answer yes to any of these questions? Virus corrupted your operating system and now it won’t boot up? Computer starts up sometimes and other times it ends on a black screen displaying a message that it cannot find your hard drive? Your extra hard drive is not listed in My Computer anymore? If you have answered Yes to any of the above questions, then I can help. To prevent any further damage I recommend that you follow these suggestions. Do not run any disc defragmentation programs. Do not attempt to recover the data yourself with recovery software unless you know what you are doing. The best thing you can do is to shut your computer down, unplug it and contact me, I will be glad to answer your questions. Please be advised that I do not do “White Room” recovery, so if your hard drive is clicking or clunking loudly and not showing up in ‘My Computer’ your chances of recovery is very slim, this is usually do to hardware failure.
