Creating an account with me is optional, I use it to send you quicker emails & my newsletter which is my own personal recommendations for great downloads, software and services that could benifit you.  I will never spam you, subscription to  the newsletter is always optional and can be cancelled at any time through your account page.

The first thing you should know is that you will not pay a dime if I cannot recover your data!*

The second thing is that I only charge a Flat Rate for the amount of data I am able to recover, please see the price list for more info.

Losing your data can be extremely frustrating and I am here to help.

If you can you answer yes to any of these questions, then I may be able to help you.

• Virus corrupted your operating system and now it won’t boot up?
• Computer starts up sometimes and other times it ends on a black screen displaying a message that it cannot find your hard drive?
• Your extra hard drive is not listed in My Computer anymore?
• Your Flash media not showing your data anymore?
• You formatted your Hard drive or Flash drive by mistake?
• You left your SD card in your pocket and sat on it breaking the outer shell open?
• Installed a program that crashed your operating system?
• Blue screen of death is all you see?
• Operating system is looping (gets to the splash screen, shuts down and does it over and over again)?
• Can’t afford those other expensive data recovery businesses?

If you have answered Yes to any of the above questions, then I can help.

To prevent any further damage I recommend that you follow these suggestions:

• Do not run any disc defragmentation programs.
• Do not attempt to recover the data yourself with recovery software unless you  know what you are doing.
• The best thing you can do is to shut your computer down, unplug it and contact me, I will be glad to answer your questions.

*Please be advised that I do not do “White Room” recovery, so if your hard drive is clicking or clunking loudly and not showing up in ‘My Computer’ your chances of recovery is very slim, this is usually do to hardware failure. 

If you would still like to send me your hard drive I will be happy to take a look at it, but I do require a $10.00 return shipping fee if I cannot access your data. (This will be credited back to you if I can recover your data)
